Every car on this page is a specific model we own rather than a category you are allocated on arrival. What you pick is what waits at the counter, and its own page carries the transmission, the luggage it takes and the number it seats.
The car comes to you. Delivery inside Damascus and to Damascus International Airport is free; the other cities we drive to are priced on the offers page, and the fee is added to the hire rather than charged separately.
Booking online is still uncommon in this market — most offices here take reservations by telephone or WhatsApp. On this site you choose a particular car, see its full detail, and reserve it directly. Nothing is paid at the time of booking and no card is asked for.
Every rate includes 200 km a day. Beyond that it is 0.07 USD a kilometre, charged on what the odometer reads when the car comes back — so a long day out costs what the extra distance costs and nothing more.
The driver must be at least 23. A licence from any country is accepted, with no restriction on nationality and no requirement to have held it for any particular length of time.
We hold no security deposit at all. Nothing is blocked on your card and nothing is taken at pick-up, so the price you see is the money that actually leaves your account.
Fuel is full to full. You collect the car with a full tank and bring it back full; nothing is charged for fuel you did not burn.
A late return has 120 minutes of grace before it counts as another day. The counter is staffed around the clock, so a delayed flight or a long road back is something to telephone about rather than something to be charged for.
Cancellation is free and no card is taken at booking. Choosing a car on this site holds it; nothing is paid until you collect it.
